This is the Universe-2 theory page.

Given that we know all celestial bodies rotate about their own axis, we can postulate that Blackholes do the same.  As well as having colossal Mass and Density, they will be rotating.  That rotation is likely to be slower rather than faster. There are very fast rotating objects, Neutron Stars, that rotate up to 600 times per second (on our Earthly time scales). We see them as millisecond Pulsars.  As they shrink in size from white dwarfs, their angular momentum energy remains close to constant, so they need to spin faster.

Now translate the requirement for angular momentum energy to remain constant to the situation with a Blackhole.  They are HUGE and so will be spinning more slowly. Perhaps they might take decades or hundreds, thousand, millions of years to complete one revolution.

Now consider the spinning Blackhole as it grows and consumes all the matter known to us in our present Universe.  At some stage it will spin so slowly that matter not at its centre will sense less and less centrifugal forces.   The Blackhole will now collapse and enter an explosive phase.  That is the "Big Bang" we know of.  Our present Universe is the result of a large Blackhole exploding.   At some future stage, the Universe will again collapse into a single Blackhole and the process will repeat.

To be or to just survive.
